On 28 July 2016, the Luxembourg law of 23 July 2016 related to Reserved Alternative Investment Funds (“RAIF”) has been published on the Memorial A. The law enters into force three days following its publication.
The Luxembourg Parliament adopted the bill introducing this new type of alternative investment fund in Luxembourg on 14 July.
