Wildgen's lawyers awarded the "Prix ALJB 2020"

Wildgen is proud to announce that Thomas Biermeyer, Director, and Victoria Perros, Junior Associate, were awarded the prestigious Prix ALJB 2020 for two individual, distinct contributions.

This price is awarded every two years by the Association Luxembourgeoise des Juristes de Droit Bancaire for an article contribution that is of high relevance to the Luxembourg legal and banking sector.

• Thomas 's contribution was about « Beneficiary units under Luxembourg law – an empirical legal study of the market practice » (written in collaboration with Justine Yansenne)
• Victoria wrote her article on « Transparence extra financière et Responsabilité Sociale des Entreprises : réalisations et enjeux »
